I was challenged by FAKRO to redesign their digital platform (where the customer can request a quote for a window or frame) and to look critically at the UX. The current page was not ideal and very confusing for the user.
The assignment was to make it clear for users that they would receive a quotation for the desired window or frame including installation in 3 steps. The mobile experience was also very important and I designed this assignment mobile first.
